Do we need Allmates.ai before we engage KMS?
No. We provision Allmates.ai as part of the engagement — KMS is the Master Reseller for the platform across Southeast Asia, so the licensing is handled. You don't need an existing account or anything set up beforehand.
How long does a deployment take?
The Lighthouse Approach runs 8 weeks end to end. Outside of Lighthouse, a first MATE team can typically be live in 4–6 weeks. Full cross-functional rollouts scale from there.
Do you work with existing systems, or do we need to replace anything?
We work with what you have. Allmates integrates directly with ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and accounting systems. No migrations required.
What's the commitment model?
Workshops are one-off. Lighthouse is a fixed-scope 8-week sprint. Discovery and Implementation tiers are fixed-scope engagements. Managed Operations is a monthly retainer.
