Those are sales engagement tools — platforms your team operates. The Outbound Sales MATE Team is an engagement — we design, deploy, and operate the system for you. With Apollo, your SDRs still run the workflow. With this, the workflow runs itself while your team stays on strategy and meetings.
Is AI cold calling legal and acceptable?
We follow PDPA in Singapore, GDPR in Europe, and equivalent regional compliance. We respect do-not-call registries and disclosure requirements. VoiceCallerMate is currently on our roadmap — we don't deploy AI calling in production today. Clients interested in that capability can join our design partner programme.
What happens if leads are off-target?
The system learns. We tune the ICP criteria in real time based on reply rates and qualification feedback. Monthly reviews handle bigger recalibrations.
Do we need to replace our existing sales stack?
No. The system integrates with whatever CRM, email platform, and calendar you use. No stack changes required.
Can we pause the system?
Yes. Managed operations can be paused with 30 days' notice. Your deployed MATE team stays configured and ready to resume.
Who owns the data and content?
