How much does Lighthouse cost?

What's the time commitment from our team?
Phase 1: roughly 1 hour per interviewed leader, plus Blueprint review. Phase 2: daily 15-minute syncs and 30-minute weekly retrospectives. Your team uses the AI Coworkers — they don't build them.
What happens after Week 8?
One of four things, decided with evidence: Scale (full production), Expand (adjacent use cases), Pivot (different use case), or Stop (clear ROI assessment). We support whichever path you choose.
Who runs the AI Coworkers after the sprint?
By default, KMS operates them under Managed Operations. Many clients train their own team over the following months and take over operations. The handover is designed into the engagement.
Do we need Allmates.ai licences separately?
